Hi audio! Welcome to STS! It's a lot of fun, and very low-stress.  Smiley

I'm hoping to get some more ornaments done this afternoon. Then, I need to pick up more batteries for the camera and get them posted. I'm having a lot of fun with the stuff I'm working on right now. I'm really happy to get back to my beads.

Welcome audio! I can't wait to see your shop! Cheesy

I'm getting close to being completely caught up on all of my holiday swaps. YAY! When those are done, I will be working like crazy on ornaments for my craft faire that is coming up on Dec. 4. I looked at the calendar and realized that I have 2 weeks until Thanksgiving break. EEP!

Welcome to all the new blood! Happy to see you here!

I'm going to add a slouchy hat in my shop soon.. Not right this minute since Mr. Wye has decided to cause a fit while being worn.  But, soon!

I did make some Bella Mittens a couple of rounds ago and would love to do it again, except I am time-deficient.  I am working on some scrappy socks for some people and probably wouldn't have time to make the mittens until January or later.

LOL That's what I said what I joined - and yet somehow I was making weekly trips to the PO after the first week or two. STS is addicting though in the best way, I truly feel like everyone is family here, it is a whole 'nother level to the craftster community.

If I had to give any advice it would be always remember to PM all the organizers. I know that has been my weakness at times, and it leads to a bit of a mess, but generally speaking this swap is really straightfoward and low-stress if you want it to be.

I signed up! I think I'll take things slow for the my first round and see how i like it!

Yay!!  Welcome new swappers!  I took a peek at your shop Audio and all I can say is WOW!  I've been a secret admirer of your ATCs for a while.  Smiley

Thanks Funthreads and Audio.  I hope my nieces like them.  So far I've knit about 14 hats for them and only have seen 1 pic each of them wearing one.  Hopefully these will be liked more.  Smiley

I think I'll be redoing a hat for the brother of Lana's best friend tonight.  I think the other one I made him was too big.  Hopefully I can find a fun pattern on Ravelry tonight...something manly.  Smiley

Went to the ice skating rink today.  It was fun, though I haven't skated in 20 years.  Lana took to it pretty well considering she only skates in our basement on the rug.  I'm considering a few lessons.  I don't think I can bear another day in the rink, but we'll see.  Smiley
