For my costume, I went as Lady Gaga and the infamous Meat Dress. Only instead of using real meat (which would have been gross, smelly, and heavy) I opted for fabric which I then painted.

(My boyfriend is wrapped in foil and went as Left Overs, in case you were wondering. Lol I had nothing to do with it though.)

Amazing! It doesn't even conspicuously look like the Meat Dress... but I knew exactly right away what it was!  Cheesy

I love it!

I thought a meat dress (sans meat) would be a great idea for this Halloween... I wrote about it here: http://hearttreehome.wordpress.com/2010/09/24/best-unique-halloween-costumes-for-201/

I'm glad someone pulled it off!

I had to look up the meat dress, and actually, it looks very much nearly identical, to the original meat dress. well done. pun intended.

Great job! You should be super proud!! You can TOTALLY tell it is the meat dress!!
and I like to think that even if just one person recognizes who you are it is a major success!  Wink
I was Lady Gaga last year,
and I got one guy who asked me for a picture with him,
and one girl ask, "wait, what are you supposed to be??"
ahahah

I was actually going to go to the concert in this... but I couldn't figure out how to get the fabric right. Thanks for the tip, will definitely keep this in mind next time!
