So, it started to get a little chilly here. I love scarfs and winter-ware in general, so I though I'd try my hand at the popular 'Long Cat Scarf'. I had a quick look at ceevee's scarf pattern and away I went. The best part? I already had all the materials in my stash. White fleece remnant with blue buttons.

I don't even think this took me an hour, it was so easy.

At 48" long, he sits about here on me

Also, the head it is a pocket!

And now, me modeling in my 'pawkit protektr' lolcat shirt

Love it!! The pocket in the cat is brilliant.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.

Thanks you guys. It was really fun to make, so I'm probably going to do more colors and experiment with different animal types.

I always have the hardest time getting to my phone when I'm all bundled up, so I though easy access would be helpful.

I'm glad everyone likes it! It warmed up again, so I was only able to wear it for a few days so far. 75 degrees in November is crazy...

I'm going to be making different animals for Christmas presents, so I'll post those up when I get started on them. Also, I'm going to Disneyland next month and thinking of doing a Cheshire Cat scarf too. I think the stripes will be fun.

Everyone should make one. You really don't need a pattern, but ceevee did a great job of putting one together and it's nice having directions to fall back on.
