Two Halloweens ago I was about 5 months pregnant I dressed up as an old lady. Pregnant Grandma had everyone laughing. and the Salvation army only charged me about 5 bucks for the whole get up.

I remember a gal who had a good bump one year.  She wore a black long sleeved body suit, painted with white bones - and a skeleton baby painted on her tummy!  So full of win!

Maybe a lightbulb?  Hubby likes the idea of the chest burster, or even Kuato from Total Recall!

My brother-in-law is going as The Terminator; we tried to get his very pregnant wife to go as Sarah Connor at the end of the first movie, but she's just not that recognizable. (although, if you need a quick costume, it's an easy fix!)
Get a beige cop costume and go as police chief Marge Gunderson from Fargo?
(sis-in-law is going as Queen Bumblebee btw.)
