This is my first post on Craftster, but I have been 'lurking' for a while and have been very inspired by everyone's craftiness.  So, I thought I'd share some pictures of a few bags I've made recently, using the Jordy method (thanks for that awesome tutorial!)

The first is a zebra print bag, it was one of the first things I made after discovering Craftster.  I had done some sewing before, but not very much. 



This one is a polka dot bag.  The fabric is actually from a set of curtains I bought from my work for 1$.  I brought the bag to work yesterday, and my co-worker wanted one, so I offered to make her one for 5$.  (I panicked... but next time I will ask for more $ because even though it's a simple bag, it takes me a few hours to make and uses up supplies like thread etc.)



Here is the bag I made for my co-worker.  I used a similar fabric (also from my work, also only 1$) that used to be a valance.

i thought the polka dots would be welcomed with open arms - there are a lot of polka-dot fans here on craftster!!!

wow nice job. I too am new to craftster and was inspired to make a bag using the jordy bag tutorial. Im loving the polka dots and zebra print you did a great job on them. Goodluck w/ your future projects!
