I occasionally get the urge to cook spagetti squash. So, I took the seeds and roasted them with these directions. Only makes a handful, but just as tasty.
Does butternut squash have the same kind of seeds? I do remember reading once that any recipe calling for pumpkin, you can substitute butternut squash.
Anyway, by using seeds from other squash, we get to extend the pumpkin seed season!

oh i looooove them so much! I like to spice them with soy sauce before baking. I'll try Cajun next time!

What a good idea!  Butternut squash seeds do look very similar...I never thought to roast them!
