I...can see things other's can't.

I am a relatively new crocheter (I learned how when I was much younger and did chains for years) but recently since I got laid up I have been crocheting creations. I have made bunnies, cats, Samhain/Halloween themed items.

I have been working on hats and such too. But for Yule and Christmas coming up I have three little girls I want to make special gifts for. I recently bought 3 skeins of simply soft yarn for their gifts. One pink, one purple, and one teal. The girls are all close in age (Morrigan 3 year old, Chance 2 year old, and Addyson 1 1/2 year old).

I am hoping to crochet a cute animal (I bought safety eyes) for each. I figure the colors would be mainly purple for Morrigan's with accents in the other colors. Teal for Chance with accents in the other colors. Pink for Addyson with accents in the other colors.

Huh But I don't know what to make for them  Huh

I was wondering if people would toss around some ideas for animals or something to make for the three of them. I usually make my own patterns as I go (for animals) but I also like free patterns (for hats or other things). So I would apperciate ideas and/or links to free patterns.

Thanks for any help!  Smiley

Thank you for all the great patterns! I think that will definitely keep me busy (if not drooling over making them all) just making enough for the girls. Cheesy My daughter is the three year old and the other two are baby cousins, so I was hoping to make gifts for all the little ones instead of buying  Grin

I like the "best bunny" pattern from Lion Brand.  It's free and always looks very cute.  Plus the pattern calls for one main color and one accent color.

Here's the link: http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/60480A.html?noImages=

Or, you can just go to lionbrand.com and search for best bunny.
