I had made this apron to protect my Halloween costume (because you know I had to wear it around all day, even while baking-which is always a mess with me). Sure enough, I had to go outside and brush the powdered sugar off my apron several times.


My unfinished (as of Halloween) apron protecting my costume! The spiders I had to finish after Halloween... simply ran out of time.


Yay! for pockets! And finished spider appliques!


Retro-style (Simplicity 3544 ) with shoulder straps that cross in back and pretty ties.
