There's lots of neat Halloween themed recipes on the internet, but I've never seen any that were picnic specific. If you have a way to keep things cold like an ice chest you could do dips and chips (maybe blue corn chips?) and other typical picinic eats and just use holiday themed plates and napkins and such for a festive flair. Maybe print out menus or labels for foods and give them eerie names like "witches toenails" for toasted pumpkins seeds... deviled eggs with black olive spiders, 'witch finger' bread sticks, maybe those hot dogs that your wrap in crecsent rolls to look like mummies? I guess it mostly depends on you and your guests (if you're vegetarian, for instance, hot dogs wouldnt work) but there's lots of options!

Happy Halloween and Happy Birthday.  Smiley
