I decided to work on my squares while waiting for my car to be worked on and I was asked if I was pregnant because I was crocheting. I'm not pregnant and I don't look it either. I guess some people aren't used to seeing someone crochet. I did get a couple squares done, so my total is up to 18.

Also, I like the colors Rogneta.

My weird colored blanket is getting shrunk as it grows! Cheesy I will have to make a wide edging or smth. How embarrassing, especially in this theme, yours everything looks so professional Smiley

Rogneta...not true!  I've got mistakes all over mine!  Grin
I can take a pic of a scrap blankie I'm making in single crochet, every row and it's edges are 'UnIquE'  Wink
(I've since learned that you have to chain 1, crochet in each stitch to get the effect I need)
See what you were doing at the beginning...how were you finishing/starting each row...try and do the same again.  Rip it back if you want to...just keep on stitchin'...even the mistakes are a part of the process of learning!!

Kittymom13

I think I do everything correct, I mean come on _  it's just granny stripes, I didn't take difficult pattern not to make a lot mistakes, not to count the stitches every time and to free crochet while watching movies Cheesy So i didn't miss any stitches, i think as the length grows, the stitches become denser and that's why it lost it's initial width.

I hope you understand what i mean, i mean, my English Cheesy

Here's my progress
