I want to make something similar to this for my boyfriend for our aniversary:

http://www.etsy.com/listing/58265600/lapis-lazuli-and-sterling-silver-beaded?ref=sr_list_28&ga_search_query=leather+wrap+bracelet&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_page=&order=&includes%5B0%5D=tags&includes%5B1%5D=title

I was thinking more of a single strand with smaller beads so it is more manly.  Any help, advice or suggestions much appreciated.

I found a tutorial!  For anyone else who is interested, here it is:                                                                                                                      http://www.how-to-make-jewelry.com/how-to-create-a-beaded-leather-wrap-bracelet.html

Those look awesome. And go with the Lapis or Pietersite for a stone. Sophisticated and masculine.

They are awesome, and not too difficult to make.  I'm going with some green labradorite stones, but I may make a whole stack of them for my boyfriend!
