I decided for Halloween this year, since most of the kids in my neighborhood are in their 20s now like me, I would make some special trick-or-treats for the few kids we do get on Halloween Smiley these are just the few i have already made, but i plan on making more.

They are made from toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls, and fit a few pieces of candy each.

*BEFORE ANY FURTHER COMPLAINTS: a tip brought to my attention by a fellow craftster, if it bothers you that candy is going into a toilet paper roll, put the candy in a plastic baggy or cellpohane first and tie it with appropriately colored ribbon!*

frankenstein, ghostie, candycorn, and stripes

what it looks like when you open it and see the candy inside

CLICK HERE for the video tutorial I made on how to put these together!

Thanks for looking! Smiley

So cute! These would make cute party favors too---or a cute class project for elementary students!

That's a really great idea. This is my first year in this house and city so I don't know how many kids we'll get here or else I'd love to try this.

thanks! yeah i said they could be party favours too, in my video tutorial i think i said they would make good place settings for a kid's birthday party! and the elementary class project is exactly what i was thinking of when i did this, i thought of when i was in grade 2 and we made little valentine's day crafts and stuff!

it would also be fun to make if you have any little ones in your family, younger siblings or cousins or friends or whatever, as a special halloween treat
