sewing the world's roads

Hello! I'm Malu Rengifo, from Caracas, Venezuela. My English is not perfect, so I'll try to explain simply.
This is my first yellow dress. I did it with a piece of fabric of 1.5 x 1.5 meters. The skirt is a full circle, so I didn't sew the sides. the sleeves are semicircles of 22 cm in diameter and I did a detail in the bust with a little sewing ribbon of fabric so the fabric pick up a bit to make it more attractive neck.

I'm not yet able to post images here, but I have a gallerie with the photos of how the hell I made my dress, hahahahah...

see ya!

P.S: Someone can tell me what in the meaning of "mature image"? I don't understand some options of craftser Sad

What is this "normal" you talk about? Is it contagious? OMG! Stay away! Don't touch me! I might catch your normal!

I was thinking the same thing! It's a beautiful dress and seems simple enough to make, and it totally looks like a modern day Belle. I love it so much! I'll have to try to make one similar.

This is adorable

Plus it could be made any size, from a child size to an adult size without the need of an actual printed pattern.  I love those styles as I have made my pre-teen daughter a few of those type dresses and she would love this!   Now just to find some stretch fabric......

I make soap and other "cosmetics" as defined by the FDA and in my spare time I sew.... Sewing is therapy for me in dealing with life stresses and my chronic pain.  When I hurt and can't sew, I plan what I want to sew.  I also have a great husband, three kids and three fur kids.....
