I created a GIR hat using a basic tutorial I found on DeviantArt. Not very good pictures, but you should get the idea.
I haven't completed my requirements yet to post a picture upfront though.

I am aiming to make a GIR hoodie myself, although I am planning on putting his picture on the back of one rather than make the whole dog costume (Maybe later.)
