I had an idea this morning to make ornaments of nylon wire wrapped around sodering wire and placed across the interior free space with beads strung on it. The best way to describe them is that they would look sort of like a tree shaped abacus. This is the first time that I have tried to make something without a pattern and I am not sure how to figure out how much wire I would need. Any help would be appreciated, even if its a link to a thread on this topic that I missed in my search.
