Hi everyone,

I have recently completed my website at www.limecrafts.com

At the moment I am adding products but don't have many as I need to take better photos.

All c&c welcome :-)

Melissa x

EDIT: it's now at limecrafts.com and has been toned down a little based on feedback :-)

It looks pretty good.  I like the header, it's cute Smiley

It may just be my monitor but the menu on the left, the titles in the green box with white text are difficult for me to see.  You might consider putting the text in gray to match the rest of the page or perhaps darkening the boxes so there is more contrast.

Hiya. I had a quick look and realised you were in the uk. I have to agree that the green is very neon and almost jumps from the page taking attention away from the products you sell. Other then that it looks pretty good.

Also as you are based in the UK, you need to adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations and you don't at the moment. http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/general/oft698.pdf for all the information but in short you are missing a business address (if you dont want to use your home address, you can get an 'office' address with a couple of companies or accountants) and you are missing alot of information about how to return items if not satisfied and payment instructions.

Have a read of the above document and google the UK regulations about online selling. It is important to give your customers all this information as they are more likely to buy as well.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info- I read the booklet and added information. I need to sort out the spacing as it's all in one run-on paragraph but at least it's there now.

I toned down the colour a bit. I'm not sure if the photo of the lime in the header is what I want- would you prefer to see photos of the products in the header?
