I have been wanting to try out the LED light sewing kit found here:
http://sternlab.org/2009/11/ledsewing/
When I mail-ordered the kit, it came with 2 red LEDs, so that helped determine what I would make.  I decided on a bat, what with the 'Howliday' season coming up and all.  The switch is a snap, so I decided to make the moon the switch:  Just snap it on to turn on the eyes.  (There is a better picture of that at the bottom).
Here is the result.  Please bear in mind that this is REALLY hard to photograph!

With a flash, to show some more detail:

The Work In Progress.  You can see how the moon detaches to turn off the eyes.  Also, since you need conductive thread, I tried to make it a little cloud-like leading up to the moon, to add some ambience.
