So, I have another friend having a baby and we were out with a group of friends one day for lunch.  The discussion went from how cute her baby will be to what do you say to a mom who has an ugly baby?  So the suggestions began, one of which being "He has such a great personality!" And I thought, "what a great idea for a bib!"  So here ya go...

Recognize the emoticon I used???  Grin

I used stem stitch with 3 strands for the smaller words: (pardon the slight blur)

and Split stitch with 6 strands on "personality"

What do you guys think?

What a polite way to focus on other positive attributes other than looks!

I love the saying and the idea...I also think all babies have great little personalities! Cheesy

Might have to borrow this idea since I think all babies look alike to me...

This is absolutely hilarious, and the stitching looks great. Cheesy I have a friend who's not even pregnant, but is very concerned about her kids possibly not being cute. I may have to steal this idea for when she does reproduce!
