I made my daughter a cupcake hat http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=359341.0

So I decided to make her a cupcake scarf to go with it. She wanted purple because that is now her favorite color.

The pattern was on a website for free just last week, but alas it is now for sale on etsy. Glad I copied it down and didn't just bookmark it!  Wink

The stitches used to make the scarf were simple, but made a really nice texture on the scarf and it isn't really stiff, whcih is great. Plus it has cupcakes. Who doesn't love cupcakes!  Cheesy

Oh no! I had that pattern in my favorites forever and kind of forgot about it. So sad to hear it's no longer free! lol
However, this scarf is pretty darn adorable! Cheesy Great job!

I post things like this in my blog too!

Everything is just beautiful! Cheesy The stitches, the colors, the craftsmanship, so cute! I would love to make one for my almost 2yr old daughter, but I have never attempted a stitch like that.

I'm making one of these for my friend! I also saved it before it went for sale. I'm making the scarf bright pink and the frosting bright blue Smiley
