omg amethyst those acorns are the coolest prettiest things ever! and they have a loop so they can be worn on a necklace? awesome. what kind of crochet hook do you use for embroidery floss?

I adapted the pattern for smaller yarn/thread and used a size 0 steel crochet hook. That's a 2.55mm hook. The original calls for sock weight yarn. Hope this helps. These came right off my partner's wist.  If you want any more info, just ask. I will help with what I can.

Greetings!!!!

Today is a beautiful day, not that yesterdays' rain and cloudy skies were bad. Anyway, I received from my partner and new swap partner to WWP.

I took group shots as my camera desperately needs charging. LOL

Some of the items are already in use! 
The Black and Red Rosed Mirror needs more love and I will take a better pic later.

The Fridge Fortune Teller Magnets are adorable and already in play. Will grab a picture of those as well later.
The Oracle cards I have yet to use, but I will later tonight.

Love the Giant Paper Clips and my daughters stole the key chains already:P I swear they never leave anything for me. I still wanna know what made you think I loved comic books, because the cigar box is awesome.
Also a bling bling spider ring:P

Radmom, I am sooooo glad you like everything. I debated on painting the box before I decided on using the comic. I kinda figured the girls would like the key chains. The mirror came to mind after having a conversation with my daughter about Snow White and the seven dwarfs and mirrors I'd made in the past for her friends. Please let me know how The Oracle cards work (I was a bit curious). 
Btw, did you notice the poem on the scheduler?
