Here is my version of Glampyre's Bad Penny. I learned how to knit continental on this project so it didn't come out as well as I hoped. Also I had to frog the end about a hundred times to get it right. The sleeves are a little tight, but all in all I'm happy with it. I wasn't able to knit anymore before i learned continental because i ruined my arm knitting the other way. So I am very happy I can knit again.

It's knit from the neck down in one piece. I used Merino Magic, Heirloom in red and orange.

Now it's time to finally tackle the Boobholder that I ruined my arm on in the first place.

thanks for looking!

'Awesome' doesn't even begin to describe that.

Glampyre's version looks great (as usual), but I think your colors just make it 20 times awesomer.

For some reason it makes me want to go out and golf.  Cheesy

But yes, awesome.

Roe, its awesome!!! Great job, it really looks store bought. Also, congrats on learning the continental method. I'm tempted to learn, but I'm afraid i'll just get all screwed up. Do you find it faster?

Fantastic job, Roe -- I think your sweater looks amazing! Love the color choices and it completely looks professionally made. Hope you get lots of wear out of it -- you should be very pleased!

Wow! Thanks everybody.

Tere- I do find it faster. I would've been done with this a couple weeks ago, but I kept screwing up the end and getting frustrated. But I love continental so much more than the english way. Throwing the yarn around the needle caused my whole arm to ache and go numb. I was in so much pain for about a week. And when i tried to knit when the pain went away, it would just come back. So this was my only solution. I don't get any kind of soreness anymore and I can knit for longer periods of time. I love it.

thanks for all the compliments!

Very cute! I'm making one in red and have been trying to decide what color to do the edging in, and yours look great. I might have to try orange.
