Ahhh you are so welcome Giddiup222! I am so glad you liked everything! I am soo sorry that I haven't posted pictures of the amazing package that you sent me yet, life has been super hectic this week! Will try my best to do it ASAP though!

Those applique monsters are great.  What are they made of?

They are actually made from the cutest flannel fabric ever! (http://www.kaboodle.com/reviews/snuggle-flannel-fabric-monster-circles) Giddiup222 had them on her wist, so I searched EVERYWHERE for the fabric and finally found it on ebay (obviously haha).. All I did was cut out the circles on the fabric and ironed on interfacing to make them sturdy. I figured then she could decide whether she wanted to put them in frames, sew 'em on clothing or just tape them to the wall! But, let me tell you, you are super lucky that I sent them to you because I was very tempted to keep the fabric all for myself muahah  Wink

Wow! Clever you! I saw those on etsy and didn't even think about them being cut from main stream fabric! I guess I thought they were the artists own design? Or maybe I just didn't think  Grin But you are awesome! And thanks for telling me that and for the fabic link! I see pajamas, a blanket and a bath mat all in my son's future  Cheesy

YAY!!!! I got my package, after much anticiapation and a bit of worry from all parties that the hard work of nilmerg was lost somewhere in the mail between Austrailia and the states, I received (much to my delight) on Monday this week!

The items nilmerg crafted are all beautiful, probably better than the items from my wists!!!  So here we go, first up is a set of "addict" coffee cup cozies, one to fit to my coffe cup and one to fit to my daughter's juice cup Cheesy  they are both adjustable (very nice touch) and super looking, the stitching looks professional!!

Blair enjoying her new cup cozy:

up next, almost an exact replica of the wisted flower pillow cover, this thing is awesome!  looks great on my chair as well Cheesy

and finally, my favorite item, a counted cross stitch caffeine molecule...it looks great, very crisp, i was so impressed!  now i just need to decide where to hang my hoop collection Cheesy

I just want to send a HUGE thank you to nilmerg for the awesome projects you made for me, I love them all, this is probably one of the best swaps I've done!  Thank you for what was obviously a lot of hard work Cheesy

Thank you fo your kind comments, I'm so glad that yo liked everything and I am SOOOOO glad it turned up, I think it took about 45 days? Phew!

Here is how I made the chart for the counted cross stitch.

1. Save your caffine molecule image from this web page:

http://theformofmoney.blogharbor.com/blog/_archives/2009/4/12/4150745.html

2. Use this tutorial to convert your image to a (rough but readable) counted-cross stitch chart to use:
http://ltsmith.tripod.com/pshop/cs1.html

3. Print (in colour!), pick your thread colours and stitch away!

Using photoshop isn't quite as good as an using an actual official cross-stitch converter programe as you can't input things like count of the fabric and also it doesn't provide you with the thread colour numbers to use, but I found it was good enough to produce a pretty workable chart. I drew the 10 lines on with pen to make it easier to read.

Also what Glink kindly didn't add was that the smaller coffee cuff that she has used on Blair's juice cup was actually my prototype that I wasn't 100% happy with. I sent it along anyway because I know how kids like things like their mums, and don't need perfect stitching so I'm glad it whas been put to good use.
