-although on her blog she calls it hot fudge SUNDAY cake www.thecupcakeninja .blogspot.com   (....hmmmm...) Hilarious blog by the way!  anyway - completely easy AND delicious - and consumed within seconds.  In fact, I cleared the kitchen so I could take a picture before the huungry animals decended and realized my camera was dead - grrrr - so I stole a pic from the blog - mine came out exactly like the picture! (No stolen pictures - read below - haha) I'm not sure if this would be quite as delicious cold - but I never got a chance to find out - served it with icecream, and I used chopped walnuts too - yummmmmmmm!

HAHA!  I managed to talk my mom into making some at her house today - so together we threw another one together and had plenty of time to take pics with a fully charged camera - LOL
Here we go - with and without icecream!  Wink

Yum! Reminds me of one of my mom's recipes that I haven't made a quite awhile. Hers is called Mocha Cake Pudding, because it has the cakey part and the pudding-y part. Sooo good!
