easy ideas, for butternut squash please

hello folks 
I have only recently started to use BNS and the only thing I have made is soup,
the soup is lovely, I dice the BNS with a leek and onion saute, then add vegetable stock, simmer blitz and serve with a helping of double cream.

please what else can I do with it, thats quick and easy

The basics are squash, sage, and pasta.  You can add what you like!  Thanks for reminding me - now I want to make some!
