Do you think that this would work as a throw/afghan if I repated the patter 3 times. I am looking for a really beautiful pattern to truly pamper someone and this is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

If I had finished a third repeat, the finished width would have been about three inches wider. I've never made a throw or afghan, so I'm not sure what the ideal dimensions are. It would be easy to adjust the dimensions of this pattern by adding pattern repeats and by changing the number of stitches cast on. Good luck!

OoooOOoooh, very nice!  I was a beginner knitter at one time (gave up on that, needlecraft stuff confuses me...) and that looks like something I would have never attempted!  You did a great job, it looks so soft,... and makes me wish I was an advanced knitter so I could tackle such a project.

That is so gorgeous! I agree with everyone else who has said it looks so soft!! I'm pretty sure if I had one it would never come off because I would be cuddling with it 24/7  Smiley

I agree, it's gorgeous! I wish I had your patience, every time I try lace I get bored and quit.

Beautiful Scarf.  You did an awesome job!  When I learn to knit I hope that I can be as good at it as you seem to be.  God Bless.  Merry Christmas!   Cheesy Cheesy Wink Wink
