I received a mom cloth kit from IdlersDesign and anxious to take pics but theres an issue with my camera so I'll have to wait for my husband to take some tomorrow.

I can share though the best line ever in a swap package "...the most essential thing for your period...chocolate"

I'll have pics tomorrow

Glad you like it  Wink
I'm totally in love with the spindle you send; I've been spinning almost every night this week and am thinking what I could crochet with it. (I can't knit, so maybe that's something for a next round..)

Oh the obsession will grow, late one night me and someone I won't name had spare cotton used use beauty salons we decided to try and spin...ok didn't work staple waaayyy to short, but you'll start looking at everything different.

Cheep boucle yarns (aka homespun in the US) you can tear apart and add to wool for a neat effect, you can spin fabric, paper you name it.

I'm excited to get started with both my moma cloth kits!

You can use them in crochet and knitting to keep track of rows/rounds. Some people just use a piece of paper and make lines. They make counters for knitting, that you can put on the needle, but for crochet, I hate having to use both hands to change the number. I kept dropping the hook. So I use electronic counters. You can hang them from your neck or set them on the desk. And it only takes one finger to change the number.

I would love to swap for things kids could do in the car on a long car trip (3 girls ages 5-12). I can knit, crochet or trade yarn.

Yay! I will definitely be able to use that...I get so frustrated when I'm learning new crafts that I'm positive I would lose count  and get even more frustrated...leadin g to an endless cycle of frustration. GAH! Smiley
