Wow those are cool!

Note to other readers - you really have to click on the thumbnail to see these.  I couldn't quite figure it out - smiling snowball or something??  But click - super cool and what a great gift!  Are you all going to wear these for the wedding?

@SharaStar yes I took part of the design from somewhere online I dont remember, then I changed it to reflect what we wanted and then I hand painted each shoe, we put the names of the groomsmen and gal, then our shoes said Wifey ans Hubby! we loved them and wear then still, heehee!

I just tried that out last night (the painting the shoes part with water color for decoration as the shoes are not suitable to be worn anymore)... left it outside... and my mom didn't realism my shoes was there drying, she shower it with water accidentally. Smudged... real bad. Its now seating in the rubbish where it should be at start Tongue But enjoyed painting and playing with it Smiley Good practice!

awe man that sucks! I had a few smudges here and there but what i learned was if you use a fabric stencil pain in white (its what my base was) i was able to basically start over if I had to by re-applying it to the places that got smudged, I used the stencil white as my base and then used regular acrylic paints for the rest and no problems after it dried, they've been wet and everything no worries so far. I would definitely start out with a pair you dont wear any more or whatever to get your technique down.  Sorry your project got ruined, but good luck with the next one! Cheesy

That is a really cute idea and they all look very well done! Those shoes are also a lot more comfortable than high-heel shoes. I really like that idea. Smiley I'm sure you all looked really great wearing them.
