I made this for a lady who is a diabetic, she carries her testing supplies in a clutch and wanted something a little more stylish to carry around but that also gave easy access to her testing kit.

The zippered pocket was the biggest challenge, once I got through that the rest was a breeze.  C & C welcome!

My good camera broke the morning I took these photos, so I used a horrible old digital camera for them, thats why the quality stinks!

Thanks for looking!

Wow, that zippered pocket is impressive. I'd love to be able to do that.

Good overall design.

This is cool. I've been wondering how to make a purse with an outside zippered pocket like that. I want to be able to add slots for credit cards and a section for paper money and maybe a change pocket kind of like a wallet incorporated into the purse. Any chance for a tute on this pocket?

Great job on both of the zippers!  I really think that zippers are the hardest part of making a purse, and you mastered it (them?).

Thank you all so much for the great feedback!  As far as a tutorial... hmm, i've not really done one before, but i do write down my instuctions to myself.  Next time I make this bag (hopefully soon since my client expressed an intrest in more) I will take TONS of pictures and try my hand at a tutorial. :-)

Thanks again!!!
