Scarf Weather, Finally!

Usually I only end up crocheting things for myself and my friends, so I figured I should finally make something just for my boyfriend (even though I might borrow it  ). So, with the lack of any other ideas, I decided to go with a simple scarf, since he doesn't have any and mornings when he's awake here are already COLD.
I used Lion Brand Jiffy yarn in brown and gray (I threw away the paper from the skeins, so I don't remember the exact colors) and a size K-6.50MM hook and just started double crocheting. I didn't follow any pattern, I just kind of went with whatever came out. I think it turned out nicely, and he loves it, so I say it's a success.

Pretty!  The grey looks like Heather to me.  I have some that's exactly like that.  Only just the regular yarn.  But that's just a cool scarf!  I need to learn the art of color changing for a scarf that I've been intending to make, but haven't yet. XD  But yeah, that's really cool.

LordVader, yep, I'm pretty sure it was Heather. Color-changing is super simple once you get the hang of it. Lots of great tutorials online. =]
