My dear his ideas has been done a bu ch of times in different variations but it does not mean you can't organize one! Alice is a popular swap theme so I am sure you will get lots of people interested...I'm one of them.
I would love for this to happen next year, right now I wouldn't have the time.

Interested! But as others have said, next year sounds better. I haven't participated in very many swaps, and I wouldn't want to participate in one during the upcoming holidays, for fear that I will just have too much on my plate.
