Thanks for all the compliments! Sorry for the link that didn't work. Here are the pictures of my Loop-d-Loop garments:

From left to right: Steek Tank (p. 104) morphed with Ballet Tee, Corkscrew scarf (p. 20) made from Noro Kochoran, Ibiza Stripe shirt (p.143) made from Manos Cotton Stria. I wear a tank top under the steek tank and the Ibiza Stripe shirt, because I used a very loose gauge. The Corkscrew scarf was really fun and I think it would be a great intro to short rows.

Yep, your FO photos definitely made me want this book. So much so that I just ordered it off of Amazon. Can't wait to get started on some of these cool projects.

Awesome job, Illana - your FOs all look amazing.

Those are gorgeous, Illana! I especially love what you did with the ibiza shirt, which I didn't love too much in the book. I'm trying to finish up some WIP to get started on this book, and you've inspired me to work faster!

oo! i really like the steek tank (except for the name... the technique sounds like something you might do to like, refine iron or something ("Next, we crush the ore in a tank, in a process known as 'steeking'))

might see if i can order this into work...

Oh man, Illanna, your FO's are awesome.

I saw this book at Barnes and Noble last weekend, and started to look through it and I was amazed. It has some really cool and unique patterns in it- compared to all the other droll books I was looking at. I will definately have to check it out in more detail.

I just got this from the library and I'm seriously in love with the Cabled riding jacket.
I just wish there were a way to "try on" patterns before spending all the time making them.  I'm short and busty - not tall and lithe like the model, and I fear after all that work, that I wouldn't really wear it.
