It seems like everyone who joined at the very end used up all three of their claims but have only received 1 claim themselves :/ I just sent two of my claims today, I'm thinking of claiming again once those are received but I have a feeling I won't get claimed again in return, especially since the ultimate send out date is ten days from today. Maybe this should be re-evaluated for the next round.

On a lighter note, I received from goddessgarb today! Will post pics in a few minutes Smiley

Here's the pics of what I received from Goddessgarb! I got a check book cover, a book mark, and a super comfy sleeping mask Grin

What a great package! The fabrics are beautiful!

What do you guys think about extending the sendout date to December 1st?

I for one think that would help immensely, Pixieval! Odds are the people who signed up last are just a victim of people like me who blew all their claims within a day or two LOL

That's great! I might have time for one more claim... I finished knitting the wrist warmers from spotnik today on the train. I really like the way they came out, but I still need to decide if I should add some extra embelishments. I'll be making this style of wrist warmer again, that's for sure!

The people next to me were very curious about my knitting, especially the older lady sitting oposite me. She asked what I was knitting, and approved of my use of a crochet hook when I dropped a few stitches... Her daughter had to translate some of the questions. It's just great how knitting connects people. I think you can only beat that effect if you're carrying a basket of puppies around. Or knitting AND carrying a basket of puppies.

Now I'm going to angst a bit over the fact that I've got another better job opportunity to consider. My current job (that I started a few days ago...) is great so far so I feel bad about quitting so soon.
