*blush*  Thanks y'all!  I had tons of fun bringing to life me wee fairy.  I love to make "kidnap letter" letters and such and it was fun to make a bit of art that way.

AND, curiousfae, as far as my Converse, I bought them at a Value Village ($8!!!), so they are really from the Recycling Fairy, cause I give her credit for super deals as well as free stuff.  But they seem to be made by Converse.  Grin

Here is the hand drawn robot I made for pioneer9, who has no way to post pics.  I should've named him!

I received two wonderful ATCs yesterday!

The first is from StickerChic87 on the theme of pirates.  She sent me this adorable little pirate dude "Pirate Pete" and a bonus!: his pirate treasure map!  They are both hand-drawn and very adorable.  Absolutely darling!  Plus, they came in their very own carrying envelope.  Smiley  I love them!  Thank you!

Next, I got this clever ATC from kimchery on the theme of "twisting midnight; whatever you think of when you hear that phrase".  She made the most ingenious swirly midnight scene with a poem titled "A Clear Midnight" by Walt Whitman on it wrapping around in the swirls.

Here is the poem, which is so mystic and ethereal.  I love it!:

THIS is thy hour O Soul, thy free flight into the wordless,
Away from books, away from art, the day erased, the lesson done,
Thee fully forth emerging, silent, gazing, pondering the themes thou
lovest best.
Night, sleep, and the stars.

She titled the ATC "A clear Midnight/Twisting Midnight".  And, it's so cool, the swirls lift up to reveal a leaf that says "Leaves of Grass, 1900"

What a great interpretation, and I love discovering new authors that I haven't heard of before!  Thank you, kimcherry!  Smiley

Pioneer9 emailed me letting me know that she received my ATC, and as she can't post, here goes!  Smiley

This ATC is on the theme "Nesting Dolls", which I was totally excited to create as I majored in Russian in college.  It's a movable ATC.
