I received from bugaboo1 today^^ WONDERFUL and AMAZING yarn goodies ftw! She made me the best package!

I'll have to wait to take pictures so the cowl can dry, but I'm hoping for good light tomorrow to take as good pictures as the things deserve!

I'm really glad you like everything!   Cheesy  I knew that you lived in Florida...  but that obviously didn't click in my brain when I started crafting!  I'm so sorry!

Do NOT apologize! Seriously, it's one of the best packages I've received! Wink I will make good use of it, just might be closer to February here. The colors will still go very well with brown year round! Thank you again, I truly do love everything!  Grin

I received an amazing package from pseudo_pix as well today. I don't think I have ever had a swap package arrive the same day as mine before.

I am super excited and hiding the contents as 3 items have already been eaten.

I have to wait to post pics tomorrow my husband will take them for me, my camera is taking them but everything's blood red with lines through it and I have no idea how to work his mammoth camera.

I assume he has a DSLR (digital photography camera) =] They can easily be used by a beginner! Just turn it on and turn the dial on top to the little flower icon so you can catch the detail of your items, push the button to take the photo! =]
Push the button half way down and wait for the camera to focus on your items, i should say lol =P it will indicate it has focused by either a little beep or the little things in the view finder blink red.

haha! Well actually it did arrive here the day before - but as I was in school I had to wait to the next day to collect it.
But yes - danish post is really fast. The one advantage of them Tongue

I'm glad the boys liked the confectionery - hope you will too Wink They might not be like the ones I've had before, as the original Mozart ball is made with pistachio marzipan but it's how they normally are made for Christmas at home.

Yeah he's a photographer though so the flashes are all set and all the settings are custom theres no way to just flick it over to auto and point and shoot....so if he stays away from my craft room I stay away from his camera Smiley Keeps a marriage happy!

Here is my wonderful package from pseudo_pix!

A beautiful scarf in a ocre yellow tweed wool...so soft! A set of fingerless mitts I adore! Then a container of (I think 16 or so) Mozart's balls, lost count because we all keep eating them. They are wonderful and no frets on the pistachio I have had them both with almond and pistachio depending on the country of origin they were bought in. Homemade is always better.

Then a log of the confection which I have now hid in a secret location known only to me.

Oooh, that scarf is gorgeous!  And those fingerless gloves!

I've never had Mozart balls, Bugaboo1.  What are they made of?  (Am I the only one giggling?)

LOL NO I told her an someone at work just got back from Belgium and brought some in and I was the freak running through engineering going "MOZARTS BALLS" they know I'm a freak at work but that even brought stares until I proved to them they really are called that. (note: I had had them previous to this so knew on site what he had)

These ones are a wonderful chocolate center with a marzipan wrapping then dipped in a dark chocolate exterior mmmmmmmmmmmm  And it's the good marzipan not the hard rolled sheet like stuff they sell around here.

Thanks kaz Smiley

Actually it's not chocolate in the center it's real nougat Smiley Originally they were made with pistachio marzipan...but when homemade and mass-produced  it's normal just to use regular almond marzipan.
