So it's my friends birthday next week, but he also lives on the other side of the continent! And you know, mailing stuff gets expensive...but then all of you wonderful people inspired me! My friend loooves his sneakers, so I tried to write a story about choosing the right shoes...but I honestly don't think the inchies told the story!  Undecided

This is the cover of the book. I was trying to draw one of those Nike Dunks!

It's hard to see, but the purple behind the shoe is actually a painted sheet of music.

The pink one is my favourite of all. It's so glittery and polka dotted and rhinestoned!

The one on the left is supposed to be a dress shoe in a night scene of a city...

The end!

C&C would be fantastic, and also, does anybody have suggestions on how to cut them? I used a ruler and a pen knife, but I'm not too satisfied with how they ended up.

I get so excited when I see a post saying anything about inchies... especially first inchies! I love this book! I can never seem to draw shoes very well and you did a great job! Oh, and I had a hellofa time cutting inchies until I wised up and bought a metal ruler to use with my exacto knife... nothing like that combo for precise cutting.

...puttin' things together...
