Well we kind of have a bit of a standard in our house. the down stairs living is out Sanctuary to our geekyness. So when we needed a table to play games on, i knew it had to be something special. I had this very odd shaped card table that was the prefect height to put a keyboard and mouse on when sitting on the couch (The alienwear is hooked up to the TV in the living room so we can play PC games on the sofa. l33+ comfort. LOL), so I took that, and a huge stack of free comics, flyers, and about 2 years worth f game informers and i set to work.
This is my first mod-podge projects. I know i still have alot to learn, but six coats later and it's pretty smooth. I was quite surprised. The house-mates love it so, i would say it's a successful addition to Das Nerd Haus!

That's awesome!!  I bought an old table from an auction that I plan on doing something similar to, I have a TON of old comic book price guides, and some of the pics and posters and what not.
