hi there Petskin.  I saw the call for the angel and replyed to the request as well as sent Faywalker a PM.  I hope I get to be your angel.  I know exactly what I want to make you!  I really hope I was the first person to reply.  I wanted to let you know someone is out there who is super excited to do this for you.

Feywalker....somehow I missed that you had put up pictures.  You weren't kidding when you said that globe broke.  I am so sorry, it was my favorite part of the package  Sad.....I'm glad you liked everything else.  I will put up some pictures of the globe all in one piece so you can get an idea of what it looked like.

I loved this swap!  Thanks for organizing!!! Grin

Finally resolved some camera and computer issues so I can now post a thank you for and pictures of the abundant Fairy Garden craftings I received from Hannabear---

This genuine Flower Fairy adorns a notecard with descriptions (quoted below) of everything Hanna made:

Here is an origami-style Flower Ball (“pleasant for fairies”):

A crepe paper Bird to “attract fairies to your garden”:

This sturdy papier mache Turtle Shell will “bring luck to a garden.  Though this magical turtle left its shell behind, its kind & wise soul lingers.  Fairies can hide their secrets and valuables under it.”

A Tiny Terrarium with moss & mushroom:

A "Decoy Fairie", wearing a lace gown and knitted shrug:

And “fairy-esque jewelry to attract fairies to your garden”

Don’t know what the earrings are made from but their iridescent green reminds me of the wings of a gorgeous beetle that recently flew onto my finger; and I’ve always wanted a crystal pendant!

Thanks again, Hanna---

Petskin, I love the things you made for your partner.  That mobile is beautiful.

Waterbaby, I like the things you recieved.  I may have to try making one of those turtle shells, it's so pretty.

Everyone has done such a wonderful job on this round!

Hi!
Anyone still remembers this swap? Cheesy
I got my package yesterday Tongue It was an interesting swap for me, since i never thought and angel would flake or and angel for an angel would flake (?), but my sweet angel #3 MISS BARBARA was able to put together an amazing package, that was worth the 6 month wait Smiley

I got a HUGE box with the most beautiful fairy stuff- beautiful cards (love that style), fairy glitter, notebook with a charm, decorated box, key ring, super cute clay mushrooms, an amazing fairy garden cage with the cutest teensy fairy and flowers, rocks and shells *LOVE* (perfect on my shelf with my tiny swap houses). Window clings and silly bandz for my girls. A beautiful  too cute hanging mobile for my DDs room (since i mentioned i liked them) and a little hanging fairy. Also scrap paper for projects with my fav fairy print outs (i will use them! Wink) . Also i got 3 beautifulpicture frames and a book for my lil one Smiley

you think already, did she really that much, right? Cheesy

here`s more:

she sent my DDs 2 supercute blankets with crochet trim, that they LOVE (have used, since they got them perfect for sponge bob watchong, since it`s still a lil chill in cali)- it`s such beautiful work! and 3 crochet gnomes- they`re great, we play with them a lot- so adorable! Smiley

It`s the biggest and the best package i`ve ever recieved and i`m sooooo grateful and spoiled!
THANK YOU, MISS BARBARA!!!!

(I wish i could get better pics, but the lighting is pretty bad here right now)

*I can`t even pick my favs, since there`s too many! I love everything, that she made, great skills!  and all the extras were 'right' for our family- it was just PERFECT with all these personal touches (the flower fairies and all that purple, that my girls are obsessed about etc)! *hugs**

Wow I am so Happy some one finally didn't flake on you. I am so sorry for your wait. Had I been paying attention I would have Angel-ed for you. But all that mattered is that you got a package now and what a package it is. I like the gnomes
