I need to make some new pillows for the reading nook.
Any fun ideas for what would go well in this space?

Oh gosh Leighi123, What an exciting space! I'd suggest continuing the wall theme. Pillows in the shape of the sun, lady bugs, a long bolster (I think it's called) in the shape of a long colorful caterpillar, pillows in the shapes of books. Flower pillows (sunflowers, etc) The imagination is the limit. What a great reading space. Hope this helps.

I think an aminita muscaria (red with white spots) mushroom foot stool would look great in that space. Maybe a gaint stuffed frogor two. Is this a girls only or a boys and girl's place? How old are the children using the area? I think a nature / animal or fairytale theme could be a lot of fun. Is there any storage space under the exsisting seating area?
