Finally finished painting the house! I know what I'm making, now I just need a day off work to really get started.

Super busy week. Next day off is wednesday. But I'm going shopping sunday before work.

Tomorrow I am hitting some thrift stores and *fingers crossed* a junk-yard/store (if I can find one)...I need gears!!!! Anyone ever notice how cool bicycle gears are? I really like my bike but hmmm....

Haha, I'd probably leave my bike in one piece... but they are really cool!

I found a non breakable ball ornament today! They're clear plastic, so I think I'm going to fill them with glitter and maybe other cool stuff... I'm really excited because I was a little worried about it breaking in transit!

I am nearly done rounding up supplies.  Just have to wait until I finish up my other swap on Monday and will be working on these.  I am excited about the ideas I have come up with ... a little out of my normal style and comfort zone, so it should be fun!

I have finished my first ornament, except for one tiny touch. It seems to have worked out well so I will be making the rest in the same style. If I decide they aren't right I should have time to go back to my original idea.

My antique adventure left me with some decent ideas but not a lot of additional supplies. I did find four old watches but not much else. I have my friend who works for a thrift store looking out for me but I'm going to try to see what my current supplies will do for me.
