Swaps are put on hold for a few days while I finish fervently crafting for my daughters birthday party.  I will be back to my regularly scheduled swap crafting after next Saturday.

I have most of one done... well, the hard part is done, I need to starch something and then put it together. I think I'm going to starch all of them at once though, so I should make those parts first. I really am starting to feel like a slacker but getting that done makes me feel a lot better!

finished my hoop for hoopla and started some serious work for this swap last night. I'm feeling good about how my first is looking so far and forcing myself to stay away from the chocolate swap. Nope, not even going to stalk it and wist over the chocolate until i get my ornaments done. Tho I do love chocolate... nope, not even going to think about chocolate.

How can you not think about chocolate?  Shocked

Also, I am going to look and see who hasn't posted in a while and get some PMs out in the next few days. If you've been reading and not posting here, please just check in and say hi, even if you aren't really getting to far yet with the ornaments!

Sunday didn't get much accomplished except for coming up with a perfect idea (or so I hope), went to a wonderful outdoor art show. Can't wait to create the prototype!

I finished a large chunk of my ornaments tonight... some of the easier parts but definitely spent a few hours getting the 4 of them done. I think I'm going to make the ones to send out first so I don't run out of yarn to make them, then I can always buy more for myself later!

I have bought my bases, now I just need time to craft! I wonder where you can get that?

Ralph, when you find out where, let me know. I need to stock up on time to craft, too!  Grin heck, I'd pay extra shipping for that!
