I decided to use Perler and Hama fused plastic beads to create my pixel creation. Each bead counts as a pixel. You use hard plastic grids with small spikes on them in order to build your pattern and when complete, you use a sheet of parchment sheet and an iron to melt the beads together.

The finished project when both sides are ironed looks like this. A happy Cooking Mama who's ready to decorate her cake.
I've decided that Mama will probably go up in the kitchen on the wall.
