Everyone loved em.  I've gotten a big bag of garden potatoes because I gave  a random old man on the street a plate of cupcakes.  (we live in a town of 300, everyone knows everyone)  And a couple pails of apples too   I take that as they liked em

a town of 300?  So you could walk around town and give everyone a cupcake and still have 200 cupcakes left!?!?     That would be a good way to make friends if you were new in town...
