Wow, another ex tribal dancer??  I still have a lot of lovely things in my dance closet, how about you?  I've been considering offering a few in my shop, the hand made stuff but wasn't sure there would be any interest in this swap.

Yep I danced for about 5 yrs before I became pregnant with my first child. The best shape I've ever been in! I never regained my core after that due to the evil C-section.

Actually, I probably do have a stash of cool scarves and jewelry. I'll have to dig through it and post some to my shop. Smiley

I'd loooove some tribal bellydance attire! I swooned when I saw the patterns in your shop, MW, but since I can't sew they were of no use to me. Granted, I haven't done the dancing either (aside from a series of foundational classes), but I believe that having the clothes will further inspire me to learn.  Cheesy

phizzy- love that earring rack! I would need a huge one though. lol earrings are sort of my weakness. Even though I've stretched my ears I still wear my regular earrings all the time. (getting ready to go to an 8g for those curious)

Just had my buddy die my hair and it looks super awesome. I have facebook pictures but will be changing the pic in my profile soon to reflect it.
Just wish I could get my skin under control. Any of you crafty skin care peoples have something for itchy combination skin? Preferably something I could put on any time it gets itchy(about twice a day).
I'm desperate!

Eliea,
What are you wasing your face with now?  I highly suggest some of my organic milk soaps.  I have a couple that are 'special'  First, a 100% olive oil ... very very mild.  Next 90% Olive Oli 10% Neem Oil., antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal.  Last Pine Tar 15% pine tar, 15% lard, 70% olive oil, very, very mild, the pine tar is antibacterial, antifungal.  Else, use one of my essential oil organic milk soaps.  I use them on my face every day.

I'll be 50 this month and I just got carded yesterday!

A2K, AQ, and sheepBlue, welcome back!!  I'm so excited to see you all in here again Smiley

A2K, how cool that you made up the kit and are offering it as a completed item.  I likely would have made it myself eventually, but being so swamped it would be a LONG time coming.  It turned out great!

AQ, are you still interested in that portfolio item?  I can get you some fabric choices, or you can pick from the fabrics I have up for the lounge pants and tote bags.  PM if you are!

Troublet> I would _love_ to see ethnic dance items in the shops!^^

I would need a huge one as well...but I thought that one little one is better than just having them in a box. Especially as I have a lot of quite unusual ones^^ I might need more phizzy...or a personal swap or a IYP to get a biiig one ;P

Would anyone be interested in any of these things this year? I would make new ones, and the stars can be made in all sorts of colors - just as the hearts ofcourse
