I saw those kitty ones and I love them!  I would totally claim a pair of someone made them!  (even without the kitty ears)

Sometimes I hate spell check half of that made no sense and my iPod hates the editing of posts!
*mew crochet pattern
* get that

LOL, half my text messages don't make any sense because of the iphone auto-correcting... drives me insane!

Working on getting the rest of the accessories (shield and belt) for Q's costume done so I can get busy on Z's (SO behind on that... I just keep reworking how I want to make hers in my head and it's really starting to stress me out.

Troublet, I PMed you on that request!

I wish I could leave work early today...I'm SO over being here.  I have a project I'm working on at my desk, but with there being calls back to back, I'm barely having time to do any work on it Sad  I come to work to craft, damnit, and this is taking my time away from it!  LOL!

If you commented in the thread about being interested in stuff from the goodies my GMIL brought, be sure that you PM me about it, I think I am caught up with everyone who PMed me already, but if you didn't it's hard for me to keep track of.  (and if you did PM me and I didn't message back please let me know)

Also I added more pictures to the folder of stuff up for grabs... I will be adding it all to my shop whenever I finally have a block of free time, but it won't be before the new round because I NEED to get these costumes done, but I can add individual items for you.  If there are a bunch of things you want, as long as they will all fit in a flat rate envelope or small flat rate box then you can have it all for 1 pt.
Here's a link to the folder again... http://s147.photobucket.com/albums/r283/amystagner/GMIL/
I will go through and mark what's already taken and what will be kept and all of that.
I still haven't gone through the vintage patterns or the fabric (or the 2 non-crochet thread bags of yarn, which I am pretty sure will just all be acrylic cheapo stuff).

for the sewers out there I have this shirt that I want to replicate:
http://www.machemisedhomme.com/blog/creations/chemise-papillon-butterfly-shirt/
(I will probably replicate the bottom version. I like the waist better)
But I'm not sure what "pick ups" are that are mentioned in the sleeves. I get gathers but pickups?
I have a few more of hubby's button down shirts to use for this so plenty of fabric. (He wears a 3xl. and I'm a ladies medium.)
any ideas?

Yum, cupcakes!  I'm celebrating the end of the pumpkin shortage by baking a brandied pumpkin pie Smiley  Tonight I have to make some Shakespearean hats, sounds like it is time to heat up the cider....

MMmmmmm pumpkin pie... *drool*

Oh, PW!  Z is FINALLY getting to give the wool cover a go tonight (took me long enough to get wool wash/lanolin, shhheesh)!  She tried a pair of wool sweater longies I traded someone on etsy for last night and I am now loving the wool, so I will definitely be hitting you up for more covers (and if you can make some longies versions as well, that would be even better)!

Q's costume is done except for the shield... Z's costume is barely started, but I am going to really get down to business tomorrow.

ZS, do you mean the kind of longies made out of sweater sleeves? Those look pretty easy, we'd have to do a test to figure out the right measurements (or you could just measure the pair that you have, which would likely be easier).
