I usually stitch to a little hulu, netflix or the tv once the children have fallen asleep. My hubby travels alot for work so night can be pretty lonesome without a little stitching or crafting. Right now I'm addicted to McLeod's daughters. (Its an aussie show about an all female cattle ranch)

for traveling- I've heard via sublime stitching blog that you can use an old floss container too. If you bring scissors as a carry on you should bring a pair that you can part with in-case you get a mean security person who makes up their own rules.

Ooooh I'm so excited now-I really want to start stitching! Can't wait for partners to be announced!

I haven't done any embroidery in a good few months.

Gah!! I looked quickly at the dates and saw the 10 (the year) and thought they were closing on the 10th.  It's a good thing I am going to Meadow Lake for the thanksgiving weekend so I won't be dwelling on needing to know who my partners are. Smiley

LimeRiot, you are sooo going to have your hands full on this one! Anyone know what was the highest amount of swappers there was for one swap? I am very curious to see what the end quantity is for this one. You are going to have a hell of a time partnering everyone. Maybe just draw from a hat! lol

For sure! I'm going to have to go buy a pair of embroidery scissors since I don't want to risk loosing the heirloom ones my grandmother gave me that are part of my usual embroidery tool kit.
