I got the idea for this hat at 11 pm the other night. I finished it at 5 am, that's why I look so sleepy. I was completely winging it. I love it to death  Cheesy

I used a US size 9, 16 inch circular needle. The yarn is worsted weight for sure but I don't know what brand they were. They were unlabeled, half used skeins.

I would wear that, if it ever got cold enough here! And you just came up with that out of nowhere? That rocks!

Yes, I just came up with it out of nowhere. I have been making earflap hats and loving it. I've been wanting to do more with them though. I don't know if it's fair isle or intarsia or something else completely, I never really knew the difference. The yarn that I wasn't working with was carried across the back though. I made a chart for the skulls before I started but I really had no plan for it.

I love the colors you chose. Not the conventional black + another color. So cool had to punch "this rocks"

Not only is that a grrreat hat, but - good heavens! - in such record time, too! You are a speed demon.
