Hello there!
I am completely new here, and still a bit lost in 'all the possibilities' so please correct me if I do anything wrong Smiley.
But I believe that this subforum is for showing your new finished jewelry/trinket projects right?
I was really happy to find it because I recently started making dragonflies with wood, pendants so far, but I also want to make other jewelry.
I am really curious to see what others think of my new creative outburst Tongue I really enjoy making them, so I hope that people will like them Smiley.
I just found out though that I am not yet allowed to post pictures, so I will safe this thread for when I am, and then I will show my new dragonfly things ^_^.
In the time between now and then I will be finding out how everything works here Smiley

Little owl

I found my way here and by now I am allowed to show some pictures too. So here they are!

This is the first one.
I make it by shaping/cutting wood into the right sizes to work with. When it is ready, I burn in details, paint it and varnish it.
It sounds simple (and it is really) but it takes a lot of time with each dragonfly.
I really love working on it though, so that is really very much ok ^_^

This was the second one, and under that the tirth one:

I am really curious about what you all think of it!

They are all very beautiful but I like the third one the best, I love the wing details and it appears to be smaller than the others, more fragile.  I also love how you chose to display them on your hand (or a hand) because it gives more of a feeling that they are real dragonflies, almost a feeling that if you dont hold still, they will fly away.

Love them, great job and I cant wait to see more stuff from you!  Welcome!

Welcome to Craftster!
These are really beautiful, I love the burnt in details in the wings, especially in the third one, (they really do look delicate!) though the first is my favorite. Smiley
This is a great idea and executed wonderfully- I can't wait to see what else you come up with!

I love the detail in these! They are obviously done with a lot of care and attention.

lovely! The simplicity of the design makes them so pretty and I love the tiny details that make them complex at the same time. So cute.
