I need to attach some knives to my costume obviously i cant use reall knives as apart from stabbing myself for real i might get into a bit of trouble Tongue
Soooo should i make some knife handles somehow buy some  Huh whats the best way to attach?
Also i think i shall make an apple headband for on top of my head do you think real/plastic or papier mache apple would be best?

I would think you could find some inexpensive knives to dismantle at the Dollar Store/Dollar Tree/Big Lots/other discount store...take the blade out, and hot glue the handle to your costume - I should think if you used enough glue it would stand out pretty well.

As for the apple, I guess it depends how realistic you'd want it to look and how much time you want to put into it. I'd try to find a fake one from Hobby Lobby or some such place and hot glue it to a headband...and maybe glue one of the knife handles to it?

That's a clever idea for a costume - hope you post some pics when it's all said and done!

You could also get some of that model magic stuff & make fake knives.  They'd be lighter than real plastic handles, so they'd probably be able to stick out better.  You could just sew them on to your costume them.
