This is one of the many things I made for my little one over Winter (I'm in Australia - so Winter has been and gone now). I totally winged it with this one. No pattern (because let me be honest, I just can't do patterns - waaaay too many instructions for my liking). I just used one of her T-shirts as a size guide and figured it out as I went along. It's the first time I've ever done a collar as well and I didn't have any instructions so I kinda winged that too. I think if I had to do it again, I would do it differently (the collar). I love the way the jacket turned out though and I even managed to avoid doing buttonholes - woohoo! lol.

By the way - she is doing the "like a diamond in the sky" while I was singing "Twinkle, Twinkle" to her in the photo. Just so you know what's up with the weird hand signal! haha Smiley

Great job.  It looks really great.

What kind of fabric did you use?
