The pattern is ready to be released into the wild!  Inspired by a bag from Anthro (read about it here http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=34698.0), I came up with a pattern for this bag.  I only have crapola cellphone pics as of right now, but I promise I'll post better ones tomorrow.

Here's the pattern, on a website (my first!) specifically set up for this purpose: http://home.comcast.net/~jenna831/wsb/html/index.html

Enjoy!

Edited, again, on 5/21 to fix the link

It looks amazing and I can't wait to try it, but I am having problems finding the pattern on your website.

Also, I like to pronounce your name like Forrest Gump says Jenny.  Something about the spelling suggests to me that it must be this way.

I am also interested in trying out this pattern, but can't find it.  You did a great job!

Sorry about that!  I don't know what happened, it worked last night.  Hopefully the link is fixed; otherwise I'll post it here.  If not, I'll figure something else out.  Hope it works!

Actually I just checked my printer and for some reason only the header will print.  I tried several times but it seems like due to the layout (?) on the site it will only print partially.  Anyone else having any problems. or maybe it is just me!!

so...  i am new to crocheting (as in my mom is teaching me so that i can eventually make this bag), but would subbing acrylic be fine?  i just have soooooo much acrylic that i should use up...
i just don't really know how differently acrylic and cotton would behave when crocheting....
thanks!

Adriennec, I think using acrylic instead of cotton would be fine.  The only reason I used cotton for mine was because cotton doesn't really stretch like acrylic does, nor does it pill or get fuzzy.  You should be fine with it.
